Hockey has always been a passion of mine, but using it to make a real impact is what truly drives me. This year marks my third time participating in the RCCS (Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society) Hockey Classic, an event dedicated to supporting patients and families battling cancer. RCCS provides life-saving resources, financial assistance, and guidance to those facing this difficult fight, and I am honored to be part of their mission.
Cancer has personally affected my family, and I am dedicating my participation in this tournament in memory of my great aunt, Beverly Sanders, who lost her battle with cancer. She was an incredible woman known for her kindness and selflessness, always helping others without seeking recognition. Her legacy continues to inspire me, and I am proud to play in her memory.
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. If you’d like to support RCCS and help those in need, please consider donating or sharing this cause with others. Together, we can provide hope and assistance to those fighting this terrible disease.
